Shipping policy

At The Weave House by Anila, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across India.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• We offer free shipping within Kerala.
• For all other states in India, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
• You can use this link to monitor your shipment until delivery.

3. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

• If you receive a damaged package or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Kindly share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
• Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or claim due to courier partner policies.

4. Courier Partners

We ship orders through reliable courier services including:

• India Post (Speed Post)
